This Wagener Terrace bungalow was badly in need of updating when we found it.  As always we installed all new electric, plumbing, and HVAC systems.  New cabinets, appliances and paint gave the interior a fresh new look.  After a new roof, a coat of paint over the yellow brick, and some work on the front porch detail, we had a cottage with so much curb appeal that its exterior was used as set in the T.V. series Army Wives.
