This 1893 Charleston Cottage is possibly the oldest structure in the Hampton Park Terrace Neighborhood and the years of neglect and add-ons definitely showed it.  We decided to go back to the 1915 footprint and researched carefully with neighbors and old photos to come as close as possible to the homes original appearance during our renovation.
