The grand Hampton Park Terrace home sat vacant for years before we were finally able to purchase and restore the home.   While originally built as a single family home, it was converted to a duplex in the late 1920’s.  We returned the home to a single family by replacing the Unit B access with a breakfast stoop off the kitchen complete with custom rod iron work.  All original doors, hardware, floors, and windows were saved during the restoration along with much of the original plaster and tin roof.
