This 1880’s Charleston single was built over an historic revolutionary war site but had fallen into disrepair before a local neurologist found it and hired us to bring it back to life.  Renovation included new continuous footings, new roof and pretty much everything in between.  No original lumber left the job site!  Every piece was reused or repurposed to bring a modern twist to what was otherwise an historic restoration.  Be sure to check ou tpics of the barn doors, stainless steel cables and the wine cellar built from the old cistern!
